She Stoops to Conquer

Oliver Goldsmith’s classic 18^th century comedy comes to life on the NCU stage.  She Stoops to Conquer tells the playful and hilarious tale of Kate, a well-bred squire’s daughter, who “stoops” to the position of a maid In order to romance a wealthy aristocrat who grows timid around upper-class women.  As the plot begins to twist and turn, the conniving cast of characters who inhabit the estate learn some hilarious lessons about the true nature of love.

Doors open half hour prior to the show.
